The association "HoPE - Homeless Paws Endeavour e.V." is passionately dedicated to animal welfare in Romania. The primary goal of the rescuers is to reduce the stray dog population through neutering programs and educating the public. The conditions for the animals are often dire, with many dogs suffering from hunger and illness. Through neutering programs and intensive awareness campaigns, the committed team is working to improve the lives of these animals in the long term.
