Thanks to the help of the feed a dog community, a whole truck full of food has just arrived at the Smeura, the largest animal shelter in the world in Romania!

Even though the temperatures in Romania are still mild at the moment, the animal welfare activists are well aware that winter is just around the corner! Temperatures far beyond freezing point are not uncommon in the Smeura.... As the temperatures drop, the dogs' need for energy and food increases. So a large delivery of food like this comes just at the right time! 🫶🐾
